Cancellation Policy

Reservations Reservations for sessions must be made through our scheduling platform. An advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. Cancellation Conditions No Penalty Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your session more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no penalty will apply, and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. 20% Penalty Cancellation: If you cancel your session between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled time, a penalty of 20% of the total plan value will be applied. The refund will be processed minus this penalty. 50% Refund Cancellation: If you cancel your session less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid for the reservation. Modifications Requests to modify the date or time of the session must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Modifications made within 24 hours will be subject to the same cancellation conditions outlined above. Exceptions In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider adjusting these policies at the discretion of Smart Zen Trading.
